The service

Miles turns trips you describe into animated map videos. It’s free to use today; some features are marked Pro and will need a paid plan when Pro launches. We may change or stop features, and will try to give notice of anything significant.

Your content

Your trips, photos and videos are yours. They’re made on your device, and we don’t claim any rights to them. When you create a share link, you choose to make that trip visible to anyone who has the link.

Acceptable use

• Only add photos you have the right to use.
• Don’t use Miles to harass anyone or to share someone else’s travel without their permission.
• Don’t overload or attack the service, including the API and MCP server, or try to get around usage limits.

Maps and data

Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License; tiles are served by OpenFreeMap. Airport data comes from OurAirports and city data from GeoNames (CC BY 4.0). Distances and travel times for trains, cars, buses and ferries are estimates.

No warranty

Miles is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the service.
